I crossed my fingers and placed an order for a couple of packages during a 'Crazy Deal' offer.They were so tasty, I quickly placed a repeat order. I toast them slowly on the stovetop in a non-stick pan, with a small amount of peanut oil. As they brown, I also add a pinch of Kosher salt - truly outstanding. I use raw pumpkin seeds when I make homemade protein powder pancakes. I use mostly pea protein powder but I also add in some soy isolate powder. Other ingredients are plain shelled walnuts, grated up apples, unsweetened frozen blueberries and fresh cranberries when they are in season. After scouring my local grocery stores for pumpkin seeds with absolutely no luck (except those of the shelled and overly salted kind), I decided to go online shopping. I mean, I want to eat healthy but not at the cost of missing a mortgage payment! I am a forever customer because the quality is high and the prices are low!
